A sex tape allegedly featuring "X Factor" UK judge Tulisa Contostavlos has been leaked online. The website that leaked the video, nottulisa.com, says that they've been threatened with legal action by Tulisa's lawyer and have been forced to take the video down. Tulisa Contostavlos has allegedly obtained a gag order in the UK after the sex video featuring a woman thought to be the N-Dubz star leaked online.

A sex video has emerged, which is believed to be of Tulisa Contostavlos and an unseen man from the waist up. The video was made about three years ago when she was about 19 or 20 year old. The seven minute clip is said to feature the "X Factor" judge engaging in oral sex with an unidentified man and was reportedly filmed backstage at a gig, according to the website nottulisa.com, which featured the video. Having made the 6-minute, 35-second recording available to download for $5.99, the poster adds:

The sarcastic posting on the website went on to say:

Last August claims of a sex tape featuring the 'N-Dubz' singer first surfaced when an unnamed man tried to sell it for £500,000 although the footage has not been made public until now. It was reported that someone had tried to sell a BlackBerry-filmed sex tape for £500,000. At the time, a spokesperson for an "outraged" Contostavlos said that the footage was "100 per cent fake", adding that she has "categorically never allowed anyone to film her having sex".

At the time of the original claims, a spokesperson for Tulisa said: "This tape is 100 per cent fake and is just someone trying to cash in on her 'X Factor' role. Tulisa has categorically never allowed anyone to film her having sex. She is horrified that someone would go to the extreme lengths of fabricating a video. It is absolutely not her." Today representatives for Contostavlos said that they would not be commenting on "speculation about her personal life".

But Tulisa Contostavlos' real life cousin Dappy is commenting.... Tulisa's rumored sex tape features ex-boyfriend Fazer, according to messages posted on Dappy's Twitter account. Dappy believe Fazer is trying to get Tulisa back with the leaking of the sex tape.
